Alexander Petrovich Marchenko
Alexander Marchenko graduated as engineer from Moscow Institute of railroad transportation engineering in 1987. MBA from Graduate School of International Business (GSIB) of the Academy of National Economy of the Government of the Russian Federation in 1995.
From 1987 till 2002 worked in Moscow Metro in various positions: Manager on duty of the station, Chief of the station, Deputy Chief of the line, Chief of the line, Deputy chief of transportation service, First deputy chief of the revenue collection service, Advisor to the Head of the Moscow Metro.
From 2002 appointed General Director of State Owned Enterprise “Moscow Social Registry”, which was formed under the Government of Moscow.
Continues to serve as advisor to Head of the Moscow Metro, serves as deputy general designer of Moscow Social Citizen Card project, member of the Moscow City Council (Duma) expert committee on IT.
