Implementation of e-Government in Turkey
The METU EDMER which is an R&D center of METU will be introduced. EDMER is a good example of PPUP (Public Private and University Partnership). The center has partners from Government, Private sector and Public sector. Some of the completed projects such as One-to-One e-Learning, PIAP (Public Internet Access Points and e-Gov Measurement will also be introduced. The new project for e-service performance measurement is planned to be discussed.
