Ana Dodea is a seasoned professional with extensive international experience in a wide range of geographies and industries gained over more than two decades of consulting for some of the world's leading companies. Before joining MSD, her work was primarily focused on creating bridges for dialogue and collaboration between the government and companies looking to invest or expand outside their home market. She has worked in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the US, Turkey, and Russia, and 2017 she joined MSD in Romania, where she led the policy and market access teams. Her work in Romania has contributed significantly to shifting the healthcare agenda and has led to an unprecedented acceleration in policy development at the country level, as well as the adoption of innovations in various therapeutic areas. In April 2023, she took over the leadership of MSD in Slovakia. She has a passion for the healthcare field and is deeply committed to creating a positive impact on society. She is a firm believer in the power of dialogue as the only way to overcome complex challenges and create value for all.

Ana is of Romanian nationality and studied at the National School of Political Science in Bucharest. She is an expert in public administration, political science, and management and has recently decided to return to teaching and study for an International Master in Change and Transformational Leadership at INSEAD Business School.
