Anna Kmecová
Anna Kmecová is a paramedic, she has worked in the ambulance service in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She is a crisis manager and has served as Director of the Crisis Management Department. She is currently working at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. She has been working in academia in disaster medicine for over 10 years.

disasterAPP is an application for dealing with mass casualty incidents. It consists of four parts: information, education, training, and intervention. It is designed for both the general public and professionals to be prepared in Slovakia if a disaster happens because it is not a question of "if" but a question of "when."
