Anna Surová Čulíková

Anna studied Comenius University at Bratislava. She was in manager roles at Board of schools in Bratislava II, Methodology-Pedagogy Center in Bratislava and Research Institute for Child Psychology and Pathopsychology, where she is currently head of Steering Committee of VUDPaP national project. She has long-term interest in digital education and counseling in the Slovak school system. She is an author of publications, articles and presentations on digital education. She has implemented various national projects dedicated to digital education and counseling in the Slovak Republic according to EU requirements. At present she manages development and implementation of digital services into the Slovak system of education counselling and prevention.

    KomposyT is a digital tool enabling user in counselling system digital services that ease the management and implementation process in Slovak school system. Unique solution of digital services enables country-wide data collection from client diagnostics in counselling centers for research, standardization process of development of new standards, diagnostic tools, in evidence, client counselling, shortened on-line retrieving of data from diagnostics with perspective of long-term archives, on-line available diagnostic tools, security project and security services of data protection, complex e-learning portfolio and sharing the information sources in digital library, on-line communication and data exchange, department and interdepartmental system of on-line planning of counselling in Slovakia.

    Socialization is one of the basic principles of school education. Using new digital technologies related to educational strategies, we create new possibilities influencing a personality in a social group as well as the quality of the social group in school environment. However, the human factor (teacher and his students) plays an important role in this new technological environment. Educational and psychosocial competencies of a teacher in the area of social support of a personality in the process of digitalization of the education create a good start for the creation of social interaction of high quality in modern educational environment.
