She is professionally involved in public health insurance and medical review. She specializes in setting standard diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and processes in terms of reimbursements from public health insurance and inspection activities. She worked as a top manager in the field of health insurance with a focus on crisis management. During her time in the top management of a health insurance company, she introduced digital transformation of services and telemedicine for clients and into reimbursements for health facilities. She is currently involved in optimizing processes and managing health facilities for one of the largest private health care providers in Central Europe, which has a presence in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. As a certified lecturer, she has lectured at universities in Slovakia and abroad.
