Branislav Hudec works at the Public Procurement Office as the director of the Public Procurement Institute. He studied law at the Comenius University in Bratislava. He has 17 years of experience in the field of public procurement, including experience at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic, in the private sector and at the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic, where he worked as the director of the public procurement department. He is the author of the Unified Guide for applicants and beneficiaries to the process and control of public procurement for the 2014-2020 program period, as well as the new guide for the 2021-2027 program period. In addition to application practice, he is also engaged in teaching and publishing activities.
