Claudia Alner has many years of experience in the third sector - from the establishment and management of a civic association to long-term work in important Slovak non-governmental organizations. Since 2015, she has been working at GLOBSEC, an international think-tank based in Bratislava, which, in addition to organizing world-famous conferences, regularly prepares a series of different policies in the field of defense and security or international politics. She worked her way up to the position of deputy director for fundraising from the private sector. In 2020, she also started working at the investment company Crowdberry, where she is in charge of communication with investors and company development. Crowdberry is an investment platform that allows private investors to invest directly in specific companies and real estate from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. At the same time, Crowdberry has successfully concluded and manages investments with a total value of more than 100 million euros in various sectors of companies and real estate. Today, the company manages 3 funds, one focusing on start-ups, the second real estate fund, and the third, in which Claudia is in charge of the operational running of the fund as well as investment management, is focused on public benefit investments in Slovakia.
