Dalibor Sramek deals with various aspects of software delivery and its implementation in the corporate sphere for more than 15 years. He is interested mainly in issues of data management in organizations, taking into account current trends such as real-time processing and big data volumes. Recently, he focuses on omnichannel, interactions with customers, and a unified view of the customer in order to achieve optimal customer experience.
