She has been working at the Social Insurance Company since April 2005 and has been working on the issue of short-term benefits for many years. She joined the Social Insurance Company as a methodologist in the health insurance agenda, since 2010 she has worked as the head of the health insurance remedy department, and since 2016 she has been the director of the health insurance, accident insurance, unemployment insurance and guarantee insurance department. Under her leadership, the department successfully managed the pandemic situation, which, within the agenda of the Social Insurance Company, most affected the area of ​​sickness benefits. She also actively participated in the introduction of electronic temporary incapacity for work into practice. For this project, Sociálna poisťovňa won the ITAPA 2022 Award in the category Best company digitalization project. Currently, among other things, he participates in the projects of electronicization of life situations resulting from the Recovery and Resilience Plan, namely the life situations Loss and search for a job, Birth of a child and I am sick, I have a sick family member. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava.
