As a Director for Analyses, Policies and Cooperation he supervised operational and administrative capabilities development of Romanian National CSIRT, CERT-RO from 2012 to 2019. During the Romanian Presidency at EU Council, as Chairman of the Horizontal Working Party he coordinated files in cybersecurity such as Cyber Diplomacy Toolbox and the European Cybersecurity Industrial, Technology and Research Competence Centre and the Network of National Coordination Centres.
