Life situations - Better services for citizens and entrepreneurs
Last year, at MIRRI, we started a bold journey of changing the state's approach to the citizen in the form of improving the services provided by state institutions. The recovery and resilience plan allows us to bring better quality electronic services to the state in the area of priority life situations.
At MIRDI, as the gestoro of the project , in cooperation with the involved public authorities, we started the identification of the necessary changes in 16 priority life situations, we propose a way to improve them, and all this with implementation by mid-2026.
We emphasize citizen awareness, simplifying access to electronic services of the state, proactive communication of the state towards the citizen, as well as combining electronic services into compact units that enable a simple journey for the citizen to equip a specific life situation.
