Director of a Legal Department of a Personal Data Protection Authority. After graduation and gaining the second grade University degree she conducted a practice of law in the field of construction law and environmental law. Daniela had been acting as lawyer in a banking sector since 2003. She has earned a Doctor of Law degree at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law in 2011 and started her job as a Compliance Officer in a bank. She has been focused on the personal data protection, anti money laundering law, protection against financing of terrorism and capital markets law. She has been acting as a Director of a Legal Services Department at the state Personal Data Protection Authority since 2015. She is experienced in practical application of protection of personal data standards, protection against legalization of criminal act income and protection against manipulation of markets as well as setting effective tools and rules in these fields. At the same time she has been participating in working teams and she has been actively involved in preparation of a state-level legislation related to protection of personal data.
