She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Palacký University in Olomouc in general medicine. After graduation, she specialized in emergency medicine and anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine, successfully completing her specialisation studies in these areas.She completed her doctoral studies at the Jessenius Medical Faculty in Martin, where she obtained her PhD. She has also completed extensive training in medical education and simulation teaching, including a prestigious Fulbright Fellowship at Loma Linda University School of Medicine in California, USA. Currently, she is a researcher, university assistant professor, and chair of the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine. She is the manager, sponsor of specialty training in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine.
