PhDr. Desanka Kanderová, PhD. studied psychology at the Comenius University in Bratislava, where she also completed a rigorous exam, doctoral studies at FSEV UK Bratislava. She works at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic as the head of the department of supra-departmental coordination, which, among other things, is in charge of reforms from the Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 12: Humane, modern and affordable mental health care. She is the secretary of the SR Government Council for Mental Health. He has been working on the topic of inter-professional and inter-ministerial cooperation for over 30 years in the positions of counseling psychologist, researcher, trainer, trainer, educator and currently manager.
