Is the founder of the center and the president of the community association. Diana works as an inclusion coordinator, a lecturer of special educational activities and a speech therapist. Diana is a member of the Association for Career Counseling and Career Development and a cultural ambasador for disadvantaged groups - Trenčín EHMK 2026. Diana also works as a lecturer and mentor in the National Projects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of the Slovak Republic as a specialist in creating an inclusive environment. Diana has a University education in the field of health care and single-disciplinary psychology, with a focus on individuals with disabilities, including graduating of magisters degree. Diana is a graduate of education in supervision. As part of professional practice, Diana works directly mainly, but not only, with children with various disadvantages. These practical experiences are Diana’s inspiration for the implication of an innovative approach in the development, design, individualization of special technologies – a unique communication – education system under Diana’s own original HandCubeKeys brand. Diana is the author of methodological procedures, as well as a lecturer and mentior for practical application.
 
In the field of enterpreneurship, development and innovation, Diana is the holder of prestigious awards: Student Enterpreneurship Award 2022, JCI Innovation Award 2022, TV JOJ Special Award 2022 and most recently SME Europe AWARDS (3rd place).  Diana, herself is with health disability. Thefore Diana perceives her activity as a mission. It was also thanks to Diana that „Krtko“ center received the prestigious Heart in the Palm award in the „Program of the Year 2021 in the TN region“ category.
