She specializes in digital health strategy, EHDS (European Health Data Space), interoperability, clinical terminologies, and international standards. In 2023, she founded the HL7 Slovakia branch under the Digital Health Slovakia organization, where she serves as President. Digital Health Slovakia focuses on establishing a healthcare digitalization ecosystem in Slovakia, raising awareness about the importance of health data, and promoting digital skills. Her team includes global experts in strategy, EHDS, and HDAB implementation. Since November 2024, Eva has been working with IHE-Europe, a key European player in defining and testing healthcare IT interoperability within the EHDS. From 2017 to 2024, she worked at the National Health Information Center, where she coordinated international projects and addressed interoperability issues. She represents Slovakia in various European and global forums and working groups, including WHO, the European Commission, HL7 International, SNOMED International, and others. She gained experience at Siemens Business Services as the head of the Competence Center, where she worked from 2000 to 2012, overseeing comprehensive services for the document processing competence center, primarily serving Austrian and German clients.
