Henrich Haščák graduated from the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, Faculty of Law. Prior to becoming State Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic, Henrich Haščák was Specialist in Vodohospodárska výstavba, State enterprise. Previously he held a variety of positions as a crisis manager and legal advocate.
