He studied Economy in the University of Pacific (1989-1994) and a graduate degree in Bournemouth School in England (1994-1995), began in the labor market as financial analyst, and then began to be involved in the graphic arts market where it has 11 year-old experience.

In 1999 began to work in transnational enterprise Thomas Greg & Sons (www.thomasgreg.com), Printing and Security Services, with presence in America, Europe and Asia, leading the projects and the commercial area of the company for Peru, Bolivia and Paraguay, from that date has carried out trainings and specializations in printout of values, identification and security documents in France, Switzerland, Germany, Russia, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and United States.  

At the moment he has managed the projects and the supply to the Peruvian state of more than 2 million passports, 2 million driver's licenses, more than 1 million birth certificates for civil registers, 5 million consular stamps, 15 million postal stamps, 100 thousand alien cards, among others.
