State authorities and organizations are obliged to create, under the law, a large number of "official documents" which must fit in a certain legislative framework. Employees of authorities have often no other choice than to create such documents manually and the result depends on the experience and knowledge of employee creating them. ORIWIN has created a solution for automatic generation of correspondence for the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia (Davčna Uprava Republike Slovenije). The contents of documents are compiled dynamically, on the basis of correspondence type and related data. If necessary, it is possible to amend a selected text in so generated document. References to valid acts and regulations cited in the texts of documents are administrated centrally. The system enables creation of correspondence in different languages.
