Ján Blažek
Jan was involved in the creation of a banking identity in the Czech Republic from the very beginning. A graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, he has been working in the field of technology and digital projects for over 20 years, he gained experience at ExxonMobil as a process manager and at Accenture as a project manager for IT projects.
Since 2014, he has been responsible for projects related to client identification and authentication at ČSOB and, as a program manager, he prepared solutions for the bank's clients' online access to the services of the entire ČSOB group. He also participated in the preparation of the largest digital project of the Czech banking market, which is the bank identity. He was therefore also at the founding of Bankovní identita, a.s., which connects companies and institutions with banks and enables bank clients to access the services of companies and institutions online.

Banking identity as an example of cooperation between the state and companies
The banking identity has become an excellent example of how cooperation between the state and the private sector can significantly accelerate the digitization of the entire society. In my presentation, we will talk about how the bank identity was created and what was the motivation of the founders. You will find out how the system works, what are the benefits for public administration and companies, and what it has brought to the almost 3.5 million users who have used it in less than three years.
