Jaroslav Kračún
Jaroslav Kračun studied Law in France at the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg and at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University in Paris. The study was supplemented by exchange stays in England and Italy, and by a postgraduate diploma in international business law and management at the ESSEC Business School in Paris. He started his law practice as a lawyer at the Gide Loyrette Nouel International Law Office in Prague. Since 2008, he has been working in the European Commission, currently in the Directorate-General for the Internal Market, Industry, Enterpreneurship and SMEs*) (Directorate-General GROWTH), where he is involved in public procurement legislation and its application in the Czech and Slovak Republics. He also deals with innovation policy in the area of public procurement.
