Jean Bayon de La Tour is Cyber Development Leader for Marsh Continental Europe. He meets with clients to understand their needs and translate them into insurance-related solutions while also training Marsh colleagues on cyber risk and insurance.

Jean joined Marsh in 2012 and was in charge of dedicated insurance programs for large financial institutions and stock exchanges. He was later appointed leader for Cyber Development in France before becoming Cyber Development Leader in 2016.

Before joining Marsh, Jean worked in Group Internal Audit at Crédit Agricole and in the private banking sector at HSBC France. He holds a Master in Corporate and Capital Market Finance from EDHEC Business School in Paris, France.
