The base of eGovernment is electronic communication between providers of electronic services and their users. This communication goes through electronic forms that replace paper documents (forms of requirements, forms of notices, and forms of decisions). Electronic forms provide user higher comfort comparing to the paper form.

Besides basic benefits, as for example possibility of correction of errors without necessity to fill in again the whole form through pre-fill information in the form on the base of available information about the user, who fills the form from other informational systems of public administration, the other benefits are intelligent form of control of input data and providing of codebooks from systems ISVS.
Besides that, that these possibilities of electronic forms make the communication process between the subjects of public administration and citizens much faster, they also decrease the quantity of invalid and refused applications. The presentation is concerned with form technology, which was used in reference projects of informatization of public administration and municipality. It will be focused on the possibilities and support of all phases of life cycle of electronic form.
