Juraj Hošták
Juraj Hošták is the director of the Department of Innovation and Smart Agenda of the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic. Since 2015, he has been working in the field of supporting innovation and the Smart Agenda at the national and regional level. In the past, he held managerial positions in the private sector and specialized in the management and implementation of technological and process innovation projects, analysis and design of innovative forms of financing, smart solutions in public administration as well as strategic consulting in the preparation and implementation of conceptual and strategic materials at local, regional and international level.
At present, he prioritises the support of the Smart Agenda in Slovakia from the position of MIRDI SR as the national coordinator of the agenda of smart cities and regions, the implementation of measures from the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the SR, and activities at the EU level in these areas.
