Katarína Vladár Lešková
She graduated from the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava with a specialization in Macroeconomic Analytics and Forecasting.
She has spent nearly 20 years in leadership positions within national and international companies, focusing on business development strategy in the 18 to 400 million EUR range across various sectors, including Public Administration, IT/TELCO, FMCG, Wholesale & Retail in the CEE region, covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland. She has led diverse international teams and projects, particularly over the past decade, focusing on business digital transformation.
In the public sector, she served for four years as the Executive Director of DEUS, an association focused on the digitalization of local government. She actively contributed to the preparation of national IT strategies and documents in the field of Public Administration (NKIVS) and the Smart Cities & Regions agenda. She is currently working as the Director of Strategy and IT Management at the National Health Information Center (NCZI).
