In 2007 he completed his doctoral studies at the Czech Agricultural University in Prague. In 2014, he co-founded the Norwegian company Pure Food Norway AS, where he was responsible for the development and research of new products in addition to his managerial role. The company is mainly involved in the production and sales of gluten-free products. Some of his recipes launched by Adveni Medical s.r.o. have seen significant success. In the year of its launch (2021), the gluten-free muffins were awarded by the Slovak Food Chamber in the category "Food for Special Diet" and won the first place. Furthermore, gluten-free crackers with chia seeds and broccoli sprouts received the award for the best innovative food product in the category "Reformulation of the Year" from the same institution in 2018.
