Ladislav Slobodník
MUDr. Ladislav Slobodník, MBA has been working at the Ministry of Health as a state secretary since autumn 2023. He completed his university studies in medicine in 1992 at the Faculty of Medicine of the Comenius University in Martin. He completed his first level 1 professional certification in the field of General Surgery at SPAM Bratislava in 1995, another professional certification in the field of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery at SZU Bratislava in 2003. He completed his medical knowledge in 2014 by studying the Mater of Business Administration in the field Healthcare management at the Central European Management Institute, Prague, and a specialization in healthcare management and financing at the Charles University in Bratislava, Jesseniova LF in Martin in 2015. He completed foreign study stays at the Chirurgishe klinik der Landes Krankenhaous Graz in Austria, at the Clinic for Plastic, Aesthetic and reconstructive surgery Hospital Sv. Anna at the J.E. Purkyn University in Brno and at the Surgical Clinic of the National Oncology Institute T.G. Masaryk also in Brno. In addition to his work as a doctor at the Zvolen Hospital and Polyclinic, at the Specialized Institute for Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases in Vyšné Hág, as the head of the One-day Health Care Department of the FNsP F.D. Roosevelt Banská Bystrica, or as a plastic surgeon at the Minas s.r.o. medical facility, MUDr. L. Slobodník, MBA in the years 2010 - 2012 as head of the Department of Social Affairs and Family of the Banskobystrica self-governing region, then in the years 2019 - 2021 as deputy director and deputy for health care of the Ružomberok Central Military Hospital, and from April to November 2023 as an advisor to the director in The National Institute of Tuberculosis, Lung Diseases and Thoracic Surgery in Vyšné Hág. In addition, MUDr. Ladislav Slobodník, MBA author of several professional publications and lectures at professional congresses and conferences.
