She has been working in the social field for more than 13 years, currently in the position of director of the social services department of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. As part of her practice, she focused on supporting changes and reforms in the social field, especially in the field of community services and deinstitutionalization. Today, it participates in the reform of the financing of social services within the framework of Component 13 of the Recovery and Resilience Plan. For many years, she cooperated with non-governmental non-profit organizations, which she represented in several working groups, monitoring committees and developed activities in the field of community planning. Previously, she was engaged in historical and cultural anthropology.
