She graduated from the Charles University in Prague - Faculty of Medicine in Hradec Králové, department of general medicine. Later, she successfully completed her MBA studies at Nottingham Trent University, VUT Brno – Brno Business School. After studying medicine, she worked in the Hospital with a polyclinic in Svitavy, and from 1993 in the Prostějov Hospital, first as the head of the dialysis center, later in leading positions in the Prostejov hospital (deputy director for curative-preventive care), Central Moravian Hospital (medical director, later chairman of the board ). For almost five years (2012 to 2017) she led the AGEL Ostrava-Vítkovice Hospital as the chairman of the board. In 2016, she returned to Prostejov to the position of chairman of the board of AGEL Stredomoravská nemocničná a.s., where she worked until 2021. Since then, she holds the position of vice-chairman of the board of AGEL a.s.
