Marta Czapińska
Marta is an expert in the field of education, her entire professional life was connected with the process of learning, teaching and developing the potential of the children, students, managers and other audiences. As a social psychologist and a group trainer she has been working within three sectors - private, public and non-governmental.
She started her carrier (2006 - 2009) as a business consultant in the HR field - being responsible for designing and delivering diverse development programmes for c-suite level executives in HayGroup Poland. She worked for such companies as: T-Mobile, Citi Bank, BRE Bank, ING, BNP Paribas Fortis, Kompania Piwowarska, Nestle, PGNiG, Johnson&Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, TEVA Pharmaceuticals and many others.
Since 2009 (-2013) she has been lecturing and running workshops at the University of Finances and Management (Wyższa Szkoła Finansów i Zarządzania), University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej) and Warsaw University.
She is specialized in human and social capital development. She was also engaged (2009-2013)as a freelance trainer in EU projects focused on social
inclusion of underprivileged groups (parents returning to the job market, unemployed, 50+ and representatives of minorities). She was responsible for comprehensive trainings of volunteers and young entrepreneurs.
In 2012 Marta took the responsibility of coordinating the works of Board of Experts involved in the preparation of a Report on Education for the Polish government.
In 2013 she was assigned as Head of the Advisory Board to the Minister of Education. Holding this position she is responsible for coordinating works of external and internal experts on national education strategy. She is also directly co-working with other public administration bodies that are involved in the education, what includes such tasks like the challenge of connecting all polish schools (30 000) to the broadband.

We are facing today the biggest technological change ever - we pass in a crazy pace from the industry driven society to the knowldege sharing one. Yet, we do not know what , neither , how to, teach our kids. The presentation will show how schools should function in aim of creating new generations of digital literate, eager to collaborate and share their knowledge people. We will show that on the case of the most advanced in innovative education polish region, which transforms its 2500 schools in a very holistic and creative way.
