Martin Dudák
Martin Dudák is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, SVŠT (Slovak University of Technology). Since 2019, he has been working as the director of the transaction management and strategy department of SPP and is also the deputy director of the Business Development Division. He has long-term experience in mergers, acquisitions, management of key consulting and privatization projects, which he gained during his many years of work in the banking sector. He also worked at the Slovak Academy of Sciences at the Institute of Technical Cybernetics.
