Martin Hloušek has been with the Social Insurance Institution since December 2020. Within his remit, he is actively involved in the redesign of key life situations within the remit of the Social Insurance Institution, including e-Government solutions. He has extensive experience in project management, especially in the areas of digitalization and optimization of processes, increasing the quality and availability of end services and ensuring client satisfaction. He was the Director of the Strategic Development Department, where he was responsible for the implementation and coordination of key projects of the Social Insurance Institution, such as electronic PN, electronic account of the insured, modernization of the Social Insurance Institution's website, and the preparation and management of the redesign program of the Social Insurance Institution's life situations.
He is currently the Director of the Pension Insurance Section at the Social Insurance Institution as of 7 December 2022. From 2016 to 2020, he held several management positions in sales, marketing and client care at TMR, a.s., where he was involved in the development of a comprehensive customer portal solution with a focus on Sales and Revenue Management, e-Commerce, loyalty program and Customer Experience. Between 2010 and 2015, he held several management positions within the Postova banka holding in the area of finance and IT services, where he participated in major IT development projects. He is a graduate of the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava.
