Martin Kultan graduated in 2002 from the Faculty of Economics in Bratislava, Department of International Business. In the years 2003-2005 he worked in the  Health Insurance Company Dôvera. The end of 2005 caught up with him in the Department of International Relations and Settlements at the Office of Health Care Supervision. Since In 2006, he gradually headed the department of health care providers in Dôvera, and later the health care purchasing department, and finally, until November 2010, he managed the entire health care purchasing department and was also a member of the Board of Directors. From November 2010 to February 2012, he gained experience in the state health insurance company, where he worked as an expert and director of the health care purchasing section. From there, he returned to Dôvera, where he holds the position of CEO and is also the chairman of the board of directors of the Health Insurance Company Dôvera.
