Recently, he has transitioned into a new role that perfectly aligns with his expertise in data. Before this transition, he served as the Director of Process and Technology Transformation for 5 years. In this role, he led process and technology innovations for emerging services value streams in the EMEA region, and successfully scaled software development efforts through the Scaled Agile Framework.
