WatsonX combined with Red Hat Openshift: Your AI partner for information
The SZIF is an excellent example of this in that we have created an artificial intelligence assistant to help internal staff, in particular, to navigate complex topics such as the implementation of satellite land monitoring based on which subsidies are paid. This was the primary and very general example of where Gen AI helps. However, our solution is not just for internal employees of SZIF, the system learns using AI and creates a system of questions and answers that are verified/checked by the employee and that are/will be exposed as a whole to 10,000 farmers. It learns new questions/answers by itself, and a single expert always verifies that the AI has compiled it correctly, and then this and similar questions run without the help of this expert for all farmers.
