I am an expert in healthcare, specializing in management, technology and informatics. During my career, I gained extensive experience in scientific research, including the publication of several articles in the field of Health Technology Assessment.

I have extensive experience in the organization of clinical trials, which prepared me for the many challenges I faced during the Covid-19 pandemic. At that time I held a position
head of strategy and organization of medical care, in which I was responsible for the coordination of hospital bed capacities, the organization of vaccination against Covid-19 and the organization of medical care during an emergency.

I currently work as a head of strategic development, where I focus on project management of large projects related to the construction and establishment of the Oncology Center and the Intensive Medicine Simulation Center.

I believe that I am a good leader who can support others to get the best out of themselves. I mainly try to create a positive working environment, which, in my opinion, best stimulates the work of executive teams across different departments and positions in the organization.

My goal in life is to use my experience and skills to further develop the provision of health care and contribute to the creation of better health services for patients.
