Michal Ďuriš is a lawyer, manager and teacher. He has extensive experience in the provision of legal advice in the field of healthcare and banking. He gathered experience at the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic, but also in cooperation with companies operating on the financial market. The general director has already worked in VšZP in the past in several capacities. He was a member of the insurance company's board of directors (May 2016 to May 2020), head of the general director's secretariat, director of the strategy and management section, or director of the legal and client services section. He also worked for two decades at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava.
