Michal Šotek
He graduated from the Faculty of Safety Engineering at the College of Mining - Technical University of Ostrava. Until 2020, he worked at Securitas SR in various positions, where he mainly focused on the development of customer solutions and expanding the portfolio. He joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions Slovak three years ago, first as post business development manager for Mobotix products, and from 2021 he holds the position of director of the Video Solution Services division with responsibility for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Use of AI advanced camera solutions for streamlining and automation in healthcare
The lecture focuses on the use of advanced artificial intelligence technologies in conjunction with camera systems to streamline and automate processes in healthcare. We will explore how artificial intelligence can help in diagnosing and monitoring patients through video analytics. We will also look at optimising operations in hospitals and healthcare facilities through intelligent tracking and management of the flow of people and resources. We will also look at using AI to detect anomalies and prevent risky situations such as patient falls or the spread of infections. Another area that will be discussed is the automation of administrative tasks such as medical record management and protocol compliance. Finally, we will discuss the challenges and future opportunities in using AI systems to further innovate in healthcare.
