Michal Zábovský was born on October 26, 1975. In 1999 he graduated (MSc.) at the Faculty of Management Science and Informatics at University of Žilina. His scientific research is focusing on database systems, distributed systems and data processing. Working with University of Zilina for 18 years, he serves as managing director of University Science Park and associated professor in applied informatics. Prof. Zabovsky manages science and technology projects that range from applied research in transport, manufacturing and data processing to own research in the field of database systems, analytical data processing and knowledge engineering.
