The eFarmer project, our most important success as regards engagement within calls for submission of EU projects, proceeded in execution phase in line with the approved time schedule. Its focus on provision of services to farmers to gain financial aids for crops and land and on creation of structured information content has raised interest not only among farmers of Visegrad Four (V-4) countries that are involved in the project implementation but also among farmers from other EU countries and new candidate countries. Besides Novitech a.s., another 8 partners from V-4 countries take part in the project. The primary benefit of the project is the creation of system of common agricultural policy that embraces services provided to rural regions in view of information and options related to claim submission, preparation, and implementation. Internet, electronic claim submission, and electronic services focused on support of development of agricultural sector in the less developed regions of the V-4 countries will become major pillar of the project.
