Milan Žoldoš
Milan is a lawyer with 11 years of experience in advocacy focusing on EU funds law, public procurement, administrative law, litigation, administrative justice, selected areas of criminal law.
In the years 2002 - 2006 he worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic as a certifier of EU structural funds, he participated in the creation of a system of financial management of these funds, while he also worked closely with other ministries in this area.
In the area of structural funds, he provided legal advice to both recipients and providers of these funds (eg Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Slovak Energy Agency, NADSME, Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Republic). He actively cooperates and provides advice to several companies that prepare projects co-financed from public funds.
He participates in various professional conferences, trainings, seminars, especially in the field of public law. He also participates in training in various areas of law and also lectures himself.
