Miriama Podskubová specializes in commercial and corporate law and transaction advisory with a focus on cybersecurity, IT, and technology. In the field of commercial law and transaction advisory, her expertise lies in providing legal counsel for startups and optimizing structural setups for companies, especially with regard to investor entry or ongoing operations. In addition to preparing contract and project documentation, she is dedicated to interpreting and applying European legal regulations in cybersecurity, extending her practice beyond Slovakia. Alongside her client projects, she actively speaks at conferences on topics such as cybersecurity standards, online privacy protection, and the increasingly relevant issue of AI legal regulation. As a certified data protection professional in the European Union (CIPP/e), a member of the international association ELA, and Women4Cyber, she assists numerous technology-driven startups, entrepreneurs, and international businesses in setting up their operations correctly.
