Pavol Martanovič graduated from the Medical Faculty of Comenius University in Bratislava. He worked at the Children's Cardiac Centre, where he specialised in the treatment of heart rhythm disorders in childhood. Since 2005, he has been working in the management of non-state medical institutions. For several years he worked in the General Health Insurance Company as a regional, later operational director and also as a medical director in the company Ružinovská poliklinika, a.s. Currently he is an advisor to the Director General of the Social Insurance Company for the area of medical assessment.
