Mrs. Kárpáty has an extensive experience in program and project management, grant counseling and analysis of EU funds and other financial instruments, preparation, launching and implementation of investment and non-investment projects for both public and private sectors in many fields (science and research, health, e -Gov). Prior to joining the civil service, he worked in the private sector and as an advisor for several domestic companies as well as global companies (eg Microsoft, CISCO). He was involved in the educational and scientific-research environment (Narnia, UPJŠ), the media sector (EurActiv.sk portal) and in the institutions of cross-border cooperation and regional development (Carpathian Euroregion Slovakia, associations of municipalities, cities).
