  • Interoperability of eGovernment Services
    Continuous digitization of the world around us, and the corresponding technology penetration into our private and professional lives, is increasing the emphasis on their interoperability. Public administration, and the ongoing digitalization of their services, is no exception. This fact has long been reflected by the European Commission, and supported by several official strategies and activities. One of the concrete examples is recently published eGovernment Action Plan 2016-2020, which besides other principles, states the "interoperability by default".

    Why should you attend the lecture?
    The lecture presents cloud initiative of the European cloud partnership, it will focus on the credibility of the cloud, innovative solutions in the field of public administration, but also in the research of cloud solutions.


    Annotation:
    Key part of European Cloud Computing adoption strategy, especially its initiative European Cloud Partnership (ECP) is also the project Cloud for Europe (C4E). Its objective is to help European public administration to use cloud services and build credibility of cloud in Europe. Main goals of C4E are identification of obstacles in cloud services use for public sector, proposal of innovative solutions, and finally research of proposed cloud solutions.

    The way to take advantage of Cloud Computing in public administration and its specifics in the short and long term.
