Since graduating from the Technical University in Košice, the Department of Technical Cybernetics (and subsequently a postgraduate at the Faculty of Economics in the field of finance) has been working in the field of IT. He has been dedicated to cyber security for almost 30 years. He built the node of the SANET academic network at TUKE (Technical University Košice), he was at the birth of the first commercial Internet R-NET (later part of SWAN). He established Check Point products in Slovakia, lectures at various public and private events, e.g. HackFest 2018, HackFestEast 2018, Trends in Informatics – Technical University Košice, Trends in Informatics SOŠ (Secondary Vocational School) Ostrovského. He programmatically and organizationally prepared 11 years of the security conference in Košice (as After CPX, HackFestEast, ...). For many years he led the local Cisco Academy and worked as a teacher. He is the founder of eMsec, which is engaged in analytical activities in the field of personal data protection (GDPR) and cyber security, consulting in the field of information security management, lectures, training and pedagogical activities in these areas.

He is collaborating with the Digital Coalition to develop a National Cyber Security Strategy into the tasks of the Action Plan for 2021-2025 in the field of cyber security education. He works as a consultant to the Sectoral Council for Information Technologies and Telecommunications in the field of cyber security in the creation of new standards of professions in the National System of Professions.
He is the co-founder of the incident.sk portal, and the editor-in-chief of the Incident podcast - a podcast on digital security.
