Project solution is addressed to municipal offices of the pilot project, Union of Slovak Towns and to M.E.S.A 10 organization.
By solution the municipal offices get the drafted model of MsU benchmarking (system of indicators), affecting the improvement of effecient operating of the municipalities and providing of quality services to citizens.

The project’s main aim is to elaborate a set of indicators mapping efficiency, economic efficiency and usefulness of municipal offices’ operation on a chosen sample as stimulus for comparing and following improve in their processes.
