Security recommendations to combat the pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a change in the way we operate. People and organizations became much more focused on protecting the health of themselves, their families and employees. In order to reduce physical contacts to a minimum, home-office measures began to be implemented wherever possible. This subsequently led to the mass deployment of processes and technology (video conferencing, remote access tools, etc.) even in organizations that hadn't been prepared for it. Neither on the part of employees/users nor processes. This presentation will look at how these changes turned out, how they were dealt with, and what we could take from the pandemic experience in terms of cybersecurity.
