Richard Knowles is the HP Cloud Portfolio Chief Technologist for UK Public Sector. In this role he owns the UK Public Sector Cloud Blueprint and, working with UKPS Business Strategy and Portfolio functions, the Cloud Campaign Strategy across the government accounts. Working for HP for over three years he has recently moved from the Cloud Portfolio role for UK Defence to his Pan Government role. He has 15 years’ experience in IT working for a number of the leading IT companies, working in the USA, Australia, UK and Singapore.
